1. Prepare your package: Make sure your item is securely packed and remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

2. Create your return: If your package did not include a prepaid return label, follow the instructions in the retailer's return portal to create a return label or receive a QR code.

3. Label your package: Attach the printed return label to your package, or bring the QR code to a PostNord service point where they will print the label for you.

4. Drop off your package: Leave your package at your nearest PostNord service point (such as a grocery store), or scan the QR code and place your package in one of PostNord's parcel lockers.
