1. General Terms
These purchase terms apply when you make a purchase as a private individual at www.rockdenim.com. To place an order, you must be 18 years old or have parental consent. By placing an order, you agree to comply with Rockdenim's general terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.

2. Ordering
Orders can only be made through the website. When you place your order, our general terms of use apply. Once the order is complete, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during purchase. Check that all information is correct before finalizing the order. If any information is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made afterwards.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is reason to suspect fraud, if incorrect information was provided when placing the order, or if the ordered product is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

3. Prices
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are added to all orders that do not exceed €300, above which shipping is free. If you purchase a product at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Payment
When you shop at Rockdenim, you pay safely and securely. You can choose to pay with bank or credit card, invoice, installment plan, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Invoice / Installment Plan
You can choose to pay the full amount within 30 days or split the payment into multiple installments. The invoice will be sent to you via email and is also available in the Klarna app once your order is packed.
Please note that if you choose to pay by invoice or installment plan, Klarna may perform a credit check.

5. Refunds
At Rockdenim, we strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Normally, it takes 1–2 business days from the time we receive the return until it is registered in our system.
Refunds are always issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If you paid by invoice, the amount will be adjusted and a new invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

6. Delivery
All our deliveries are sent via Postnord/DPD. When your order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with a tracking link so you can easily track your package. You can also track your order in the Postnord app. The delivery time is usually 3-5 business days. All orders over €300 are shipped free of charge. A shipping fee of €9.9 is charged for orders under €300.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes things don't go as planned, but you can return a product if needed! We offer a 30-day return policy. The package includes everything needed for the return. Pack the items you wish to return, fill out the return form, and attach the return label. Then simply deliver the return to your nearest DPD point.
To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept items that have been used, are missing tags, have stains, or smell strongly of perfume or smoke. If a return is not accepted, we will notify the customer via email, and the item will be sent back to the customer. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return fee is 9.90€ and will be deducted from the refund.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear in opened packages.
If you want a different size or product, place a new order on the website. Your returned product will be refunded once the return is processed.

8. Complaints
If you have the misfortune of receiving a defective product, contact our customer service, and we will assist you with the complaint process. Describe and photograph the defect and send the information to us via email at post@rockdenim.com. We will then make an assessment and contact you as soon as possible.

9. Security
We never share personal data with third parties. This also applies to email addresses.

Rockdenim reserves the right to make changes to the prices and content of the online store.

According to the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies. When you visit our website, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies are so-called session cookies, used to monitor your login (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart during the purchase process. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for a long time but are removed when you close your browser.
If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can choose for your browser to notify you whenever you visit sites that use cookies or you can opt for an automatic cookie ban. If you refuse cookies, you will not be able to make purchases on our website, as login and shopping cart use require cookies to function. However, you can view our products without having cookies enabled.
